When you submit an offer through the form, we collect the details you provide (name, email address, company, message, offer amount) together with your IP address and browser user-agent string. We collect this data so that we can review, respond to, and manage the offer you have made.

We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to an inbound enquiry that you have initiated.
How long we keep it
We keep the offer record until the domain is sold, or until we delete it manually. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Third parties
The site sits behind Cloudflare, which provides its Web Application Firewall. Cloudflare processes request metadata as part of that service. The offer form uses a self-hosted proof-of-work anti-bot check (Altcha) — it runs entirely in your browser and does not send data to any third party.
Your rights
You can request deletion of the personal data you submitted by sending us a message via the offer form and mentioning the request in the message field.
